Tonight’s beautiful Montana sunset had a wonderful addition of a light pillar, also known as a sun pillar. If you have never had the opportunity to actually see one of these they are quite magical and these photographs don’t do them justice. Cutting firewood is an important part of our new life here in Montana. As the sawdust flew we also witnessed flocks of birds flying south.. makes you wonder which species is smarter!
